According to TMZ, the owner of a resort villa in Beverly Hills, California (USA) announced a lawsuit against the couple Cardi B and Offset for allegedly avoiding paying bills and vandalizing the house.
The lawsuit states that the couple “occupied” the home in early 2022 but then left in October without giving any notice. They abruptly left the house and left behind utility payments.
The landlord said that when Cardi B and her husband moved out, the luxury home had significant property damage, including broken furniture, burn marks on tables and counters, holes in the walls, and scratches on the carpet, curtains, and tile floors. The total cost of the damage was estimated at $85,000.
The news of the lawsuit came after Cardi B announced her decision to divorce the rapper . According to People, the couple’s relationship has always been troubled and chaotic, which is why they constantly break up, get back together, and then break up again.
Cardi B and Offset quietly married in 2017, surprising their fans. Since then, the couple has had two children together: daughter Kulture and son Wave Set. The rapper also has three children, Jordan, Kody, and Kalea Marie, from previous relationships.

Cardi B once again announced that she is single and has decided to divorce rapper Offset. This information does not surprise the audience because for many years, Cardi B often announced divorce but then the couple got back together.
According to People, Cardi B and her husband’s relationship has always been troubled and chaotic. “They’ve broken up and gotten back together and then broken up again more times than they’ve ever let on publicly,” the source shared. “They’ve had some really happy times together, though.”
In a video posted on social media, the 31-year-old star expressed her excitement about her upcoming “new” life as a single woman. “I’m so curious about a new life, a new beginning. I’m really excited,” Cardi B shared.
