USA Track Star Noah Lyles Getting Blasted After Video Surfaces Showing His Behavior In Paris After “Dropping Negative Test”
Noah Lyles
American sprinter Noah Lyles is being blasted for his actions in Paris.
Noah Lyles raced in the men’s 200m final at the Olympics and won the bronze medal before revealing he had competed with Covid.
The United States track and field star is trending once again after footage showed him partying the night away in Paris just days after finishing third in the men’s 200m dash and revealing a COVID-19 diagnosis.
The video shows Lyles dancing at the Omega House in Paris, and it came out from the weekend when he announced he had been diagnosed with COVID-19.
Social media spared no expense and destroyed him for his actions:
The 27-year-old from Gainesville, Florida, had himself quite an Olympics as he won a gold medal in a photo finish in the 100-meter dash after initially thinking he had lost and then talking trash about winning the 200-meter dash four days later, only to come in third place.
However, it seems he would be sick as he collapsed in a heap and needed a wheelchair to get off the track.
Noah Lyles ran the 200-meter race knowing he had COVID-19 but wasn’t going to pull out of his favorite race.
Noah Lyles tested himself for Covid-19, so he decided to isolate in a hotel near the Olympic Village. However, it appears that the footage above means he wasn’t as sick as he played up to be.
When Will Noah Lyles Race In A Huge Event?
Noah Lyles’s Paris Olympics may have ended a bit earlier after he tested positive for COVID-19, but his next race will be just as big.
The World Athletics Championships will be held in Tokyo in September 2025. More than 2000 athletes from some 200 countries will come to Tokyo to take part in one of the world’s biggest sporting events.
Noah Lyles will certainly be there. He looks to have a much better showing at this Tokyo event than he did in the Olympics in Tokyo in 2021.
