In an interview about Deadpool & Wolverine, director Shawn Levy revealed the different versions of Wolverine. Marvel’s new film is not only attractive because of the many versions of Deadpool but also because of the images of Wolverine besides Hugh Jackman. Filmmaker Shawn was excited to share about Henry’s filming process.

“Henry Cavill not only has impressive muscles, but also kept a cigar in his mouth throughout the filming. The next day, I heard that Henry was ‘sick’ because he inhaled cigar smoke continuously for 8 hours. However, on set, he did not show any signs of being affected.”

The actor also shared about this role through a personal post with a photo of him smoking a cigar with the caption:

“To be safe, I shaved my mustache just for this scene. Just the mustache.”

Shawn also revealed that he had the idea of ​​​​a real wolverine, capable of attacking Deadpool, in the film. However, due to it being too late and the technical elements not being implemented as desired, he decided to leave this idea for future sequels.
