Cardi B’s Birthday Extravaganza: Offset ꜱᴜгρгιꜱеs Her with a Stunning Vacation Home in the Dominican Republic

Offset essentially leaves no stone unturned when it comes to extravagant birthday gifts. The bling-obsessed Migos rapper has already given his wife Cardi B “the biggest diamonds you could get” — a $1 million heart-shaped diamond engagement ring and matching band, to be precise — followed by a $330,000-plus Rolls-Royce Cullinan SUV. What remains? In addition to all of the aforementioned glitz, the Grammy-winning singer now has a luxurious Caribbean vacation home.

Offset ꜱᴜгρгιꜱеd Cardi B on her 29th birthday with a $1.5 million investment property in the Dominican Republic, as first reported by the New York Post. According to a recent post on the “Bodak Yellow” singer’s Instagram account, the West Indies rental property has been in the works for quite some time: “I’ve been telling [Offset] for quite some time that I want to invest in short term home rental properties in the Dominican Republic and other Caribbean countries, but I got the impression that he disagreed with me and would rather put money into other investments. Well, I was mistaken.”

The four-story contemporary residence is situated on a 4-acre hillside parcel near the shore in a guard-gated community in the northeastern resort town of Las Terrenas. It features six bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across 7,000 square feet.

In addition, there is a distinct one-bedroom, one-bathroom studio with a kitchen and living room, as well as two pools — an infinity pool with chaise lounges on the roof, and a smaller lap pool just off one of the bedrooms. Numerous terraces and walls of windows also frame breathtaking ocean and tropical views.

The home, constructed with wood, stone, rusty steel, and raw concrete, is presently available on Airbnb for $836 per night. In addition to an Italian kitchen with a wine fridge, an eat-in island, and an adjacent dining room, there is a fitness center, a private garden, and a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue.

Additionally, homeowners have access to amenities such as three tennis courts, a helipad, two swimming pools, a golf shuttle service, and private beach access. The best part is that you can boast to all your peers that Cardi B is your landlord.
