Mike Tyson produced an x-rated response to Deontay Wilder after he said he was “too old” to fight Jake Paul.

Tyson is returning to the ring in November to face the Problem Child, after the initial fight was cancelled due to an ulcer flare-up.

It will be his first bout since an exhibition fight with Roy Jones Jr in 2020, though this encounter will be in a professional setting at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Tyson is now 58 years of age and you have to go back to 2003 for his last win inside a boxing ring.

But the youngest heavyweight champion in history has got himself in incredible shape under the tutelage of Rafael Cordeiro and still looks as dangerous as ever in the squared circle.

But former WBC world heavyweight champ Wilder expressed concern for Tyson’s wellbeing, questioning the decision to licence Tyson after he passed specific tests and fearing he could end up in a coma.

“I think it’s bad the commission has licensed Mike Tyson because he hasn’t been active in 20 years, so they should not just license him because of who he is, that’s how people get hurt – God forbid he gets hurt,” Wilder told Sportsbook Review.

“People can get hit in the wrong place and at the wrong time, there’s lots of examples where guys have been hit into a coma. It’s easy to do. He’s too old for this.

Tyson did not like the remarks made by Wilder though and addressed them in a recent interview with Esquire.

‘Iron Mike’ issued a brutal response to the Bronze Bomber and him not being anywhere near as popular or known as him globally.

Tyson fumed: “Then let Mike get hurt. You don’t have to worry about paying my bills.

“Everyone says this makes no sense, but he’s how old? He’s not who I am. He can’t go to Mongolia and have somebody know who the f*** he is.”

Having got over the ulcer issue which left him nauseous and dizzy, Tyson returned to training at the start of the month and has picked up where he left off.

Clearly feeling ready to go to war when the time comes, he has already claimed that Paul is “not going to hit me with the jab”.

Paul will be in action before then, taking on replacement fighter Mike Perry on the original July 20 date.
