Logan Paul recently sued youtuber Coffeezilla “Steven”. And now this situation is getting even crazier now that he has responded.

Logan Paul recently filed a defamation lawsuit against Coffeezilla over his docuseries and videos from last year about the CryptoZoo scandal. Logan claims that Coffeezilla lied about him and his business ventures for personal gain and to push a false narrative of Logan being a scam artist. However, defamation cases, especially involving public figures, are notoriously difficult to win due to the need to prove actual malice.

This lawsuit follows Logan’s initial hostile response to Coffeezilla’s series, where he threatened legal action but later apologized, acknowledging Coffeezilla’s thorough work. Despite this, Logan’s actions have drawn criticism, particularly after a documentary by Graham Bensinger, where Logan claims he was misled about the distribution platform, believing it would be on a major service like Apple TV or Amazon Prime, but it ended up on YouTube. Logan was also upset about the inclusion of CryptoZoo content in the documentary, which he had requested be removed.

Logan’s attempt to suppress criticism of CryptoZoo and the subsequent lawsuit against Coffeezilla has been seen as an attempt to silence legitimate criticism. Despite Logan’s claim that he lost money on CryptoZoo, Coffeezilla highlights the inconsistency in Logan’s statements, pointing out that Logan has failed to deliver on promises regarding the project.

Coffeezilla has since responded to the lawsuit, revealing that Logan is suing over tweets, YouTube titles, and thumbnails, using comments as evidence of damage to his reputation. Coffeezilla also shared text messages where Logan acknowledged the victims of CryptoZoo, despite now trying to play the victim himself.

Logan’s lawsuit seems to be an attempt to stifle Coffeezilla, who is now raising funds to cover legal costs. Additionally, Coffeezilla’s investigation into another Logan-affiliated project, Liquid Marketplace, may have triggered the lawsuit. Liquid Marketplace, co-founded by Logan, is currently under investigation in Canada for allegedly defrauding investors by misrepresenting the nature of its tokens and the value of its assets.

While Logan is not named in the investigation, his involvement in yet another questionable crypto project raises further concerns about his judgment and ethics. This situation has led to further scrutiny of Logan’s ventures and his handling of these controversial projects.
