The Phoenix Mercury star turned heads on Monday with her revealing pregame outfit ahead of the team’s game against the New York Liberty.

Ahead of Monday’s game, the Phoenix Mercury shared a video of Sophie Cunningham walking into Footprint Arena wearing very little as she sported a rather revealing dress that showed off her bikini tan lines.

Cunningham was in a “Get Off My Shoulders Mesh Mini Dress” from Fashion Nova.

You could clearly see that she was not wearing any panties or a bra as she added some brown heels and sunglasses.

“this week a hot new bombshell enters the villa,” the Mercury’s official account said in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

While there was a wide range of positive comments, plenty of fans were completely turned off by the team posting such content and Sophie Cunningham exposing her body in such a way just to take it off and play in a basketball game.

Cunningham has been on fire with her outfit game, but she might want to stay away from such revealing outfits that does not leave very much to the imagination.

Sophie Cunningham might want to spend a little more time practicing her game than using it to show off her fashion sense.

The Mercury guard caught a bunch of backlash this week for the risky pregame outfit she wore before the team took on the New York Liberty.

Despite having a good year overall, Sophie Cunningham put up a dud on Monday night as she scored only two points on 1 of 5 shooting from the field, per ESPN.

She was also 0 for 3 from 3-point land with three fouls on the night.

The Mercury got blown out at home.
