The 2024 WNBA season was full of historic moments, but one player in particular had the majority of the shine. That player being No. 1 overall pick and WNBA All-Star Caitlin Clark of the Indiana Fever.
To have achieved the things she did as a rookie, it’s simply unheard of. On Thursday night they played their final game of the regular season, and Clark continued to make unreal WNBA history on multiple accounts.
Clark notched a historic accomplishment in just 20 minutes of play against the Washington Mystics as she surpassed WNBA legend Diana Taurasi for the second-most three-pointers made in a season in league history.
Reality has arrived:

To think Clark is only a rookie and will just continue to get better is an insanely scary thought for the rest of the league. She has dominated in her rookie season, making cases to not only be the Rookie of the Year, but also the MVP and on the All-WNBA First Team. It will be incredible to see what she does under the brightest lights in a playoff atmosphere.
