Los Angeles, California – Comedian Kathy Griffin is filing for bankruptcy after a series of unfortunate events that she claims were caused by none other than the tech billionaire Elon Musk.
According to sources close to Griffin, the trouble began when she decided to purchase a Tesla Model S, Musk’s flagship electric car. Griffin, known for her love of all things shiny and new, was thrilled with her purchase and quickly began showing it off to anyone who would listen.
Unfortunately for Griffin, her enthusiasm for the car soon turned to horror when she discovered that the vehicle had a number of serious mechanical problems.
The car would frequently shut down while she was driving, leaving her stranded on the side of the road. Despite numerous trips to the dealership and calls to Tesla customer service, the issues were never resolved.
To make matters worse, Griffin claims that Musk himself began stalking her on social media, leaving her threatening messages and posting unflattering photos of her online. The comedian says she was forced to hire a team of lawyers to protect herself from Musk’s harassment.
“Elon Musk is a monster,” Griffin told reporters outside the courthouse. “He ruined my life and I will never forgive him.”
Musk, for his part, denies all of Griffin’s allegations. “I have no idea what she’s talking about,” he said in a statement. “I have never even met Kathy Griffin.”
Regardless of who is telling the truth, it seems clear that Griffin’s financial troubles are far from over. With no savings and mounting legal fees, she may have to find a new career or risk being homeless.
As for Musk, he continues to dominate the tech world and shows no signs of slowing down. But perhaps he should think twice before getting on the wrong side of a comedian – especially one with a history of taking no prisoners.
