Jake Paul claims he managed to get through UFC 306 security to bag himself a ringside seat at an event he was banned from.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer was desperate to see friend Sean O’Malley defend his bantamweight title in Las Vegas but was hit with the small obstacle of being reportedly forbidden from attending.
Paul hatched a plan to get inside the Sphere, however
Paul and White have an ongoing feud and according to the former he’s not allowed to attend any events organised by the UFC president after a brief skirmish with UFC commentator, Daniel Cormier back at UFC 261 in April 2021.
But Paul managed to make his way into the weekend’s event having looked unrecognisable in his disguise.
“I’m about to sneak into the Sphere,” the YouTuber began to explain in his video.
“Two years ago, I was banned from all UFC events by Dana White… But since my best buddy Sean O’Malley was fighting for a world championship, I had to be there.
“But if I’m gonna illegally sneak in, I need a disguise and a good one,” Paul continued as he put on his fake beard, fake beard with long hair and a baggy red checked shirt.
“Little did Sean know that I was gonna sneak in to watch him…
“But there’s another problem. I’m risking going to jail if I get caught, can you imagine the mugshot?”
The video then cut to him making his way to the venue, with Paul saying: “Bro, I can’t believe I’m doing this s***. It’s every day, bro. I thought I retired from this s***.”
After getting past security, Paul said: “Bro, I can’t f****** believe this is working.”
Paul continued to keep a low profile throughout the evening, conversing with revellers without removing any of his disguise.
The main event was a disappointing moment for Paul as O’Malley suffered a defeat to Georgian Merab Dvaliashvili by unanimous decision.
This capped off a busy weekend for Paul, who made his way to Dallas on Sunday to attend the NFL clash against the New Orleans Saints.
It was on the where he squared off with Mike Tyson, with the pair to do battle in the boxing ring on November 15 at the AT&T Stadium in Texas.
