There are a lot of speculations regarding Floyd Mayweather potentially returning to boxing return. Although having been retired back in 2017, the 47-year-old fighter was often seen in exhibition bouts. But if word of mouth is true, the American might return to fight Victor Ortiz in the boxing ring. However, before his much-anticipated comeback, he found an unusual call-out.

In a recent Instagram post, ‘Pretty Boy’ Anthony Taylor shared a customized poster of him fighting Mayweather. Well, Taylor is certainly not the opponent for the 47-year-old, he indeed is eyeing out the former boxing legend.

“This B*tch can’t run no more! See you soon kid,” ‘Pretty Boy’ wrote in his caption.

Mayweather’s last boxing match was against Conor McGregor in 2017. Facing the ‘Notorious’ at The Money Fight, the American seemed in his top game. Eventually, he defeated the Irish UFC star via TKO. He ended his career undefeated, winning all 50 professional boxing matches.

‘Pretty Boy’ Anthony Taylor Challenged Floyd Mayweather Back in 2022

Ahead of Mayweather’s exhibition bout against YouTuber Deji on November 13, 2022, Taylor expressed his desire to face ‘Money’ in the boxing ring. Interestingly, ‘Pretty Boy’ was in the undercard of Mayweather vs. Deji fight card that day.

Despite Taylor’s challenge, Mayweather decided not to accept a fight with the 35-year-old. Although ‘Pretty Boy’ did claim to be the most eligible guy to face ‘Money’ in an exhibition match, his pleas were constantly overlooked.

Floyd Mayweather is making his boxing return again. And ‘Pretty Boy’ Anthony Taylor is still after the boxing legend. Will ‘Money’ accept the 35-year-old’s challenge? If he does, it can surely be an interesting matchup for boxing fans.
