Three-time Grammy winner Megan Thee Stallion performed a charitable act on Tuesday when she helped pay for her late fan Shaniah Leigh Scales’ funeral expenses.
After asking Shaniah’s best friend Selena Chichis ‘How much do y’all need?’ the 26-year-old hip-hop It Girl donated $8,155.
It helped the Scales family reach their $16K GoFundMe goal with a grand total $16,170 raised for Shaniah’s burial, which is scheduled for this Saturday.
Scales – who was non-binary – passed away unexpectedly last Thursday at home, and Selena said they’re ‘in heaven freaking the f*** out’ over Megan’s kindness.
‘You guys I can’t believe this! We hit the goal @theestallion thank you so much for helping their family! Thank you so much everyone! Every single one of you! From the bottom of our hearts! I am crying so full of emotions,’ Chichis gushed on Twitter.

Stallion (born Pete) has been hard at work promoting her secon Fashion Nova collection, which launches on June 23.

Megan is next scheduled to perform July 25 at the music festival Rolling Loud taking place at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
And Stallion is set to graduate from Texas Southern University ‘this fall’ with a degree in health administration, and she plans on opening an assisted-living facility.
