Ben Affleck looked in great spirits as he enjoyed some quality time with his daughter Seraphina, 14, this week.The father-daughter duo browsed in a bookstore before grabbing five pizzas and heading home.

The Argo star, 51 – who is known for his allegiance to McDonald’s – and his middle child looked like they were very much enjoying each other’s company as they had big smiles on their faces.

In another snap, they laughed companionably as they made their way down the street in Los Angeles – with Ben toting five pizza boxes.

The Oscar winner – who took his two youngest kids skateboarding last week – shares Seraphina, as well as Violet, 17, and Ben, 11, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, 51.

The Gone Girl actor wore a very dad-like cardigan sweater over a white t-shirt with khakis.

Seraphina channeled 1990s grunge style in a plaid shirt left unbuttoned over a sage green t-shirt.

Khaki shorts, bright blue socks and sneakers completed the teenager’s look.

Last month Ben and wife Jennifer Lopez were seen heading to McDonald’s three days in a week, but earlier this month Affleck was seen at Jack-In-The-Box instead.

Things certainly seem to be going well for Ben as he has been seen getting along with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner in recent weeks thanks to his current one J-Lo.

In September a source revealed to DailyMail.com that ‘the drama of the past’ and ’emotions’ from their ‘divorce’ are ‘long gone.’

‘One of the things that made [Garner] and [Affleck] get to a better place was – and is – JLO,’ the insider shared. ‘Ben is healthy. The drama of the past and the emotions of divorce are long gone and they are all making it work.’

They added that Lopez and Garner are ‘friendly’ with one another and that all of their kids ‘love each other.’

‘It is really a very happy co-parenting situation,’ dished the source. ‘Everything is really good right now and should be the same in the near and distant future.’

J-Lo is set to release her new album, This is Me… Now, which is a follow up to her 2002 album This is Me…Then, which contained several songs about or inspired by Affleck.

Affleck and the Marry Me actress dated the first time from 2002 to 2004. They were engaged at the time but broke it off.

The Let’s Get Loud singer went on to marry singer Marc Anthony, 55, and welcomed twins Emme and Max in 2008.

The Chasing Amy actor married the Alias alum in 2005 and split in 2018 after having three children.

JLo and Ben rekindled their relationship in 2021 and got married in 2022 in Las Vegas and at Affleck’s Georgia estate.

‘It’s a beautiful love story that we got a second chance,” the Selena star told People.

Lopez is doing a lot of press for her upcoming album release including a film in which she holds a love note Affleck wrote her when they dated the first time.

The letter is dated December 24, 2002.

‘Life’s tough but you’re sweet,’ the note reads. ‘Thanks for the gift. Hope you like the flowers. You told me you could never have enough. I believe you.’

It is signed, ‘B.’
