Jennifer Garner transformed her family’s farm into a fantastic location for growing organic fruits and

veggies because she genuinely cares about leading a healthy and environmentally responsible life.

The Garner family has owned the Locust Grove, Oklahoma, farm since the 1930s.

The 20 acres of land were purchased by her ancestors for a mere $700 during the hard years of the Great Depression.

Harvey Newton and Violet Margaret Sayre English, Garner’s grandparents, are the first people in the farm’s history. Despite facing difficult financial circumstances, they were able to purchase the land in 1936 with the help of a bonus that a veteran of World War I had earned.

The original home on the property was a modest, two-bedroom farmhouse. After much haggling and conversation, it was eventually sold for $20. In the 1930s, the farm lacked contemporary amenities, but its excellent soil allowed the family to keep livestock and cultivate a variety of crops.

The farm was passed down through the generations within the family and had difficult periods when it was neglected. Following Harvey’s death in 1962, Patricia’s elder brother James and his spouse Helen purchased the property.

The cherished family house was eventually purchased by Jennifer Garner in 2017 following multiple ownership changes.

Garner dreamed of transforming the farm into a vibrant, environmentally conscious utopia rather than just a place to commemorate her family’s history.

The actress made the property, which is owned by her uncle Robert and his wife Janet, a prosperous organic food farm. Now, this dynamic duo supplies organic ingredients for Garner’s kid-focused food line, “Once Upon A Farm.”

“Once Upon A Farm” is all about providing organic produce that is ideal for feeding infants. Local farmers hand-select the produce to ensure that it is fresh and full of nutrients—a commitment that aligns with Garner’s message of healthy living.

Today, the farm plays a major role in producing organic fruits and  vegetables, educating children about the origins of their food.

Jennifer Garner is a great proponent of sustainable living, as evidenced by her entertaining Instagram posts about her time spent farming.

Giving her fans a glimpse into her farm life, Garner posts videos of herself picking blackberries and having a good time with cows during a holiday celebration.

In addition to being a unique location full of priceless memories and family values, the farm also symbolizes a prosperous business.

The actress thinks it is vital for her children to experience country life, offering them chances that go beyond what they see in the city, drawing from her own upbringing on a farm.

Garner sees the farm as an opportunity to instill in her children the strong work ethic that her family has built up over many generations of agricultural labor.

Garner wants her children to experience the joy, independence, excitement, and labor that come with being a farmwife.

Beyond simply being a piece of land, Jennifer Garner’s farm represents her family’s resilience, their dedication to sustainable living, and the enduring connection between their past and future.
