Catch It! Saweetie Seemingly Reacts To Chris Brown Implying She Cheated On Quavo With Him
Saweetie has entered the chat as the innanet continues to dissect Chris Brown‘s diss for Quavo. A few hours after Chris released ‘Weakest Link’ early Saturday (April 20), the ‘Icy Girl’ rapper said a lil’ something something on X (formerly Twitter).
She posted a meme of a popular comedy influencer smoking with a smirk facial expression. Her caption said, “Let me go rewrite these ‘Nani’ verses.”
See Saweetie’s post below.
‘Nani’ is the rapper’s forthcoming single, a cute lil’ summer bop that she teased on March 30.
A few hours before the ‘Weakest Link’ release, Saweetie also posted, “WHEW! CHILE,” but it’s unclear what situation that post refers to.
What Did Breezy Say About Saweetie?
To be clear, Chris Brown didn’t explicitly name-drop Saweetie. However, he used the word “sweet” twice in one verse. Chris alerted Quavo that he already got his lick over Quavo sleeping with his “ex-h*e,” presumably Karrueche Tran.
The ‘Claws’ actress and Atlanta rapper were rumored to be dating between 2017 and 2022 following her split with Breezy in 2015. However, Karrueche and Quavo have never confirmed so, despite multiple public sightings. In fact, Karrueche exclusively denied the dating talks to The Shade Room in March 2022.
Nonetheless, Breezy’s get-back was allegedly becoming s*xually involved with Saweetie.
Here’s what Chris Brown implied:
“…’Cause I f**ked yo’ ex when you were still with her b***h, I’m up lil n***a / They say revenge sweet, now think about that sh*t / Don’t let that line go over your head, I might just sing about that sh*t /I had her feinding ’bout that d**k there’s something sweet about that sh*t / I got some tea up out that b**ch, but I ain’t go speak about that sh*t.”
This is the second time Chris has taken aim at Quavo following the release of ‘Freak’ in mid-April. In ‘Weakest Link,’ Breezy also clapped back at Quavo’s ‘Tender’ song, which seemingly targeted Chris’ past with domestic violence and rumored drug use.
Breezy mentioned the elevator tussle video between Quavo and Saweetie that went viral in 2021.
